Reached Gorakpur almost 3 hrs late, at 7.00 pm, took a share taxi for Sunauli
border for 300 Rs. It took almost an hr and the crossing of border is quite easy. A guard standing at the post asked me where i am from and with the reply of 'from India', he said 'go' without asking any of my id or documents. My co passengers in the share taxi, a Nepali family arranged a stay in the Nepal side with good bargain (Rs 450/- room + dinner with chicken). The home stay owner also arranged a ticket for the first bus to Pokhara in the next morning.
